For wellness and recreation, the space also includes a gym, a steam shower, and comfortable lounge areas.
What makes this project especially unique is the integration of artisan work and smart design solutions. A showstopping ceiling installation made of hand-blown glass platters—crafted by a local artist—serves as the centerpiece of the space. Creative structural workarounds, like curved ceilings and custom staircases, allowed for a seamless blend of function and aesthetic. The space includes a wine cellar, a large bar with backlit semi-precious white quartz, a double-sided fireplace, a home theatre complete with a ticket booth and candy bar, as well as a steam shower and a gym. Creative solutions like curved ceilings and custom-designed stairs navigate around the home’s existing mechanicals, blending functionality with striking design.
